The Deputy Manageris responsible for the operational management of our specialistcustomer focused support services across the service. Working inpartnership with stakeholders, external agencies and our CommissioningTeam, you lead your Team to offer high quality support to customerswho require specialist support. You will ensure that your teams meet all statutory requirements andthat all support is delivered in compliance with CQC expectations andLook Ahead's policy and procedures. This role deputises for the Contract Managerwhen required. Service Management
- Ensurethat all Statutory and Key Performance Indicators (KPI's) areproactively met or exceeded. People Management
- Leadand motivate your team to foster a forward thinking, positive 'can do'working environment and culture
- Ensure Look AheadHealth and Safety policies and procedures are adhered to at all timesand uphold all health and safety responsibilities within relevantpolicies and local protocols
- Adhere to all LACS policies andprocedures including service specific processes, and statutoryrequirements
- Adept at talentmanagement and developing employees career progression. Handlesconflict management professionally. Minimum 3 years experience of supporting vulnerable adults withLearning disabilities and Autism.
* GCSEs in English and Maths(grade A-C).
* Experience of PositiveBehaviour Support (PBS), implementation of PBS plans and how to usePBS to effectively support customers
