To act as the first point of contact for the Founder and Development Director and SMT (as required), receiving all calls, liaising with Network Partners, and dealing with senior level staff, trustees and other external visitors.
· To ensure the efficient, effective and professional management of the Founder and Development Director’s s office, utilising all aspects of Microsoft Office software.
· To manage and maintain executive schedules, appointments and travel arrangements to make effective use of the Founder and Development Director and SMT’s time; this includes diary management and facilitating work/life balance.
· To conduct research, assemble and analyse data to prepare reports and documents.
· To organise the office filing system to ensure ease of retrieval.
· To ensure security and confidentiality of data.
· There may be opportunities to travel on behalf of or with the Founder and Development Director and/or SMT.
· Work with volunteers: recruiting, training and assigning tasks.

Event management, including event liaison, booking meeting rooms, catering and facilities as required.
