As aTransport supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the Hubs Logistic environment & team during your shift.

We will be looking for you to takeownershipof theday to day runningof the distribution,completing pre & de briefs, reviewing activity and amending routes around changes/issues, ensuring that all drivers are complying with Roads Transport Compliance and Health & Safety.

Our vehicles use TVG to ensure that our drivers are driving in safe, compliant and a proper manner and you will be responsible to monitor and manage anyone that is not adhering to the policy, downloading and reviewing Tachograph logs and picking up infringements & escalating where necessary.

Ideally you would have1 + years' experience in a Transport roleand have theunderstanding of driver hours,complianceandroute planningwith theconfidence to lead&directthe team directly.

Transport Supervisor- Experience & Attributes:

1 + Years experience within a Transport Role, e.g. supervisor, team lead, lead driver, transport administrator
Experience of using vehicle planning routing software
The successful candidate will be proactive, approachable, have an eye for detail and strong planning and organising skills
Excellent people and communication skills
