I am currently recruiting on behalf of a national 5 star house builder from their Southern region. They are in a very strong position considering the recent market, and have new phases and sites due to start throughout 2024. They now seek an assistant site manager to join the business on a full time basis. This particular site will be based near Camberley, and will be a new site. The role is to start asap and the salary on offer ranges between £45k-£55k p/a + package DOE. You will be employed as an assistant site manager, working Monday - Friday, on a full time basis. Your day to day duties include: managing trades, assisting the site manager, chairing internal and external meetings, checking weekly programmes on track, maintain high levels of health and safety, snagging, checking works, customer care, new home demos and general day to day running on site. You must have at least 3-5 years’ experience as an assistant site manager within the housing developer sector. You must have a proven track record of successful delivery on site and work well under pressure. They are looking for somebody dynamic, hungry, reliable and hard working. Big focus for this company is their customer care and attention to detail to maintain their growing reputation. You must be proactive, forward thinking, professional and well mannered. They are looking for strong leaders and somebody who has good communication skills when out on site. You must have SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid to be considered for the role.
