Working hours are Monday - Friday, 8:30am - 5:30pm.

We are currently looking for a Customer Service Advisor, based in Hammersmith, London.

As a Customer Service Advisor, your duties will include:

Dealing with customers electronically, by telephone and face-to-face in English, Dutch and German.
Provide effective administrative support to the department, working within a small team and occasionally assisting with other duties.
Contribute to the effective running of the office, achieving sales targets and objectives efficiently.
Take ownership of a portfolio of client accounts and individual clients.
Liaise between their laboratory, clients and medical clinics worldwide and will also be responsible for sample logging, shipping sample collection kits, report distribution, invoicing and any other office based activities.
You must be fluent in German and Dutch, speaking and writing.
Computer literate and have previous customer service experience.
