Business Development Executive Director

CoolCare is one of the fastest growing care management software providers in the UK. Based on three decades of producing care home management software and running homes, we know the challenges and the solutions that will improve the operation of care homes and care home groups and is looking for a Business Development Executive to join our Team.
The role is offered on a hybrid working model, with office presence required.
Job Role:
The Business Development Executive will support the Commercial Director and National Sales team to achieve their sales targets and KPI’s.
Will be responsible for the timely completion of administration and support services for the team including the preparing quotations and contracts, organising product demonstrations, maintaining the CRM system and researching potential new leads and opportunities.
The main responsibilities:
* Answering incoming sales calls and emails
* Making outbound calls following online and email enquiries
* Accurately qualifying prospects and booking demonstrations of our product for BDMs
* Helping to source the new business when required, by making outbound calls.
* Assisting BDMs in closing deals
* Liaise with internal departments to resolve sales related queries
* Prioritise workload and provide excellent customer service
* Ensuring that the CRM system is maintained with up-to-date contact details, leads, opportunities and notes including all relevant detail
* Support the Commercial Director in the production of monthly management information and other sales reporting as required.
* Research the care home market and conduct competitor analysis to support the development of effective commercial strategies.
* Liaise and collaborate with other teams to ensure excellent customer service delivery post sale.
* Create quotations and contract documentation following standard process, following up as required.
* Support the Commercial Director in the delivery of the marketing plan including liaising with third party suppliers, organising and attending events, monitoring deliverables and other support tasks as necessary.
* Develop and maintain relationships with key prospects and external partners
* Any other administration and support tasks deemed appropriate by the Commercial Director.
Required attributes and experience.
* Strong communication and relationship management skills gained in fast-paced environment.
* Great personal organisations skills and be comfortable managing multiply priorities
* Excellent attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in all areas of work
* Ability to work independently and as part of the team
* Experience in working in sales and customer service industry.
* Experience of CRM systems
* Strong IT skills
* Excellent organisational and time management skills
* Personable with the ability to create rapport and strong relationships.
