This is a freelance position until end of May 2025, starting from ASAP.
You will contribute to the global consumer PR strategy and global press relationships for brand and product marketing and deliver on PR plans, briefing and execution of selected business-critical projects in 2025. This will include collaborating with relevant global and local teams and agencies.
Brief, coordinate production and supply all Global PR assets.
Collaborate with Brand Marketing, Paid Media, and Regional Marketing against the Integrated Marketing plan.
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to implement Public Relations programs for critical projects and scope; focusing on proactive outreach and clear briefing of PR partners and reviewers.
Responsible for product review programs, including press sample management, in line with overall PR strategy and in collaboration with relevant teams; focusing on earned media and independent content creators.
Support Senior Manager to ensure PR is integrated alongside Paid Media & Social Media for key projects and scope.
Support Senior Manager in planning and executing a holistic Public Relations Strategy for key projects and scope, that supports individual geography needs.
Guide and execute on activations connected to key projects that support Global and Regional project objectives, for example live and digital events, briefings, etc.
Partner with Brand Creative Teams and Creative Services to ensure that the PR approach is seamlessly aligned with our creative endeavors and aspirations.
Responsible for aligning international media target lists with PR priorities, as well as supporting Regional Marketing teams and PR agencies day-to-day for key projects.
Responsible for creating briefs and managing interview requests and deliverables from relevant spokespersons (consumer PR only).
Support Senior Manager on project follow-ups; Excels in uncertain environments and situations, keeps a calm demeanor when facing adversity, and knows how to navigate in fast-moving, global matrixed organizations where Public Relations is a crucial tactic for outsized marketing ROI.
High appetite for curiosity, learning, and natural problem-solver who is able to coordinate with a variety of stakeholders and market maturity to provide the best business solutions.
Balance efficiency and creative reasoning—you think and act quickly, iterate when necessary, and constantly look for win-win recommendations.
8+ years of experience working in Public Relations, Media, and Account Management.
~ Experience working with a consumer tech brand.
~ Experience from working with Public Relations Strategy and implementation.
~ Exceptional communication skills—proactive ‘can do’ attitude, resourceful, organized, clear, and action-oriented.
