Change Delivery Programme Manager
London Hybrid working, 2 days per week in the office

Reporting into Change Delivery, within this role you will plan, manage, control and ensure delivery of a programme or portfolio of large projects, or a portfolio covering technology and business change work-streams to support specific business strategies. Within this role you will also manage a team of project managers.
Ensure that the programme board and team have the best available representation from the business (and external parties where required):-
Manage the programme over the full project and change lifecycle, to meet the agreed needs, identifying and utilising the necessary IT and business resources and skills, within agreed parameters of cost, timescales, and quality.
Maintain an integrated plan that includes timelines, resource requirements and milestones for each project within scope.
Manage risks, assumptions, dependencies and change requests.
Work with Project Managers and functional change managers to ensure the successful outcome of the programme by integrating work streams, tracking interdependencies, and measuring progress against the programme plan.
Manage 3rd party suppliers and resources following agreed ways of working and contracts and Service level agreements
Ensure quality assurance mechanisms are in place so that products / deliverables adhere to agreed requirements.
Lead a collaborative team comprising internal and external technology and business resources, utilising a range of project methodologies appropriate to the activity e.g. waterfall, agile.
Identify opportunities for innovation and continuous improvement in programme / project delivery following agreed standards, architectures, and governance. Contribute to and support Communities of Practice.
Performance manage allocated and project assigned resources and ensure coaching, communications and talent management.
Experience managing large-scale, complex programmes or portfolios of projects.
Experience managing programme costs, risks, and change requests.
Strong leadership style working collaboratively with teams and continuously improving performance.
