Our client is searching for a Marketing Associate to join their Client Projects team.

The Role:
As a Marketing Associate, you will report to the Head of Client Projects and be responsible for delivering successful client projects across the digital products.
You will work within a youthful and vibrant Client Projects team where your role is crucial in supporting the growth of digital ad sales and providing a high level service to external clients.

Your main responsibilities:
  • Management of client advertising and content
  • Management of marketing campaigns for sponsored projects
  • Analysis of business provisions
Further responsibilities:

Management of client advertising and content
  • First point of contact for all client advertising and sponsorship enquiries
  • Scheduling/placing of client adverts and content – ad hoc as well as sponsored
  • Social media promotion of all client content to maximise exposure, ensuring that client content is highlighted in regular newsletters as required
  • Creating, testing and scheduling client and third-party emails using html
  • Tracking and reporting on the success of projects, internally and externally
  • Advise clients of best practice including advising on advert and email specifications and proofing content for errors, and ways to improve on the impact of their endeavor
Management of marketing campaigns for sponsored projects
  • Conception of marketing campaigns including marketing plan and objectives
  • Coordinate activities and deliveries from fellow team members to avoid delays
  • Copy writing, arranging for campaign graphics
  • Creating html for email campaigns, setting up landing page(s) on relevant websites
  • Scheduling social media messages and email messages going out to relevant contacts
  • Tracking and reporting on the success of the campaigns
Analysis of business provisions 
  • Occasionally review internal business processes and analyse performance
  • Employ tasks to reduce business costs and increase revenue

About You:
  • A minimum of a 2:1 undergraduate-level degree
  • A skilled communicator, able to articulate clearly to clients during calls and email correspondence
  • Proficiency in HTML/CSS coding preferred
  • Familiarity with HubSpot, Google Analytics, and Wordpress is desirable
  • Multitasking
  • Interaction with multiple stakeholders across the business
  • Excellent organisation/planning skills
  • Attention to detail (proof reading desirable)
