Deliver projects on time and within budget, adhering to relevant legislation and standards.
Manage technicians to support project deliverables and play the role of Contractor's Responsible Engineer (CRE) where required.
Produce essential project documentation such as drawings, risk assessments, cost estimates, and feasibility studies.
Conduct risk assessments, method statements, and work package plans.
Report and close out accidents, incidents, close calls, and near misses while also conducting site inspections and surveys.
Perform design development reviews and respond to design review notices (DRNs).
Lead the design team, ensuring performance, competence, and training needs are met while maintaining records.
Monitor project progress, record working hours, and manage team fatigue risks while approving timesheets.
Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
Competent in design delivery
