You will play a key role within our business, analysing data to provide business insights throughout our Sales and Services divisions. You will be a strong communicator, with excellent attention to detail, possessing the ability to bring the data to life and clearly articulate the story behind the numbers. This is a fantastic opportunity for an individual experienced in assessing data and presenting effective solutions. Responsibilities: • Attention to detail – conducting research and using excel to analyse data to provide key business insights for our organisation. • Business Acumen – the ability to spot trends in the market and suggest proposed actions to capitalise on the information ascertained.• Excellent communicator - the story behind the data, using data insights to explain the picture behind the numbers, ensuring stakeholders understand what the insights indicate. • Stakeholder engagement – building rapport with stakeholders throughout our organisation, establishing strong business relationships with key stakeholders.• Solutions orientated – able to understand our business needs, and suggest effective solutions, based on the evidence presented in the data.• Presenting – using tools such as PowerPoint to clearly present findings and solutions to stakeholders within Sales and Service divisions. Meet The ManagerLouise is the Head of Business Development and is looking for an individual who is passionate about creating a culture where team members can develop.Quote from the manager “My leadership style is centred around teamwork and work-life balance, fostering an environment where high performance is achieved collaboratively.
