We have an exciting opportunity for a Business Intelligence Developer to join our team and play a key role in our data-driven initiatives. We're looking for someone with strong Tableau expertise to design impactful visualizations and support our reporting and analytics needs.

Design, develop, and maintain dashboards in Tableau, creating insightful visualisations for business insights, KPI tracking, and data-driven decisions.
Integrate data from a variety of sources, including databases, APIs, and third-party applications, to support reporting needs.
Create and manage efficient, user-friendly data models to support accurate and reliable reporting.
Collaborate closely with business users, data analysts, and other stakeholders to understand and translate their reporting needs into impactful visualisations.
Provide training and support to team members on effectively using dashboards and reports.

Tableau expertise: Advanced skills in creating custom dashboards, reports, and visualizations tailored to business needs, with strong knowledge of Tableau features such as calculated fields, parameters, and LOD expressions.
Experience working with data in cloud environments, including managing data pipelines and data integration.
Understanding of data security best practices within cloud environments, especially for handling large, sensitive datasets and ensuring compliance.
Experience working within an Agile framework to facilitate collaborative and efficient project delivery.
