They are recruiting for a HR Business Partner on a temporary contract that will be extended to permanent. The ideal candidate will have previous experience working within an educational institution and having the ability to liaise with senior stakeholders, advising them and staff on all employee relations cases, change processes and recruitment

Coaching, supporting and mentoring senior leaders on people management practices, issues and priorities, through development of close working relationships and understanding of business challenges and opportunities
Providing expert advice to senior managers in complex employee relations cases ensuring alignment with the Trusts policies and procedures whilst directly supporting all elements of casework
Working in partnership with Principals and the Executive Management team in providing expert guidance at all stages of the organisational change processes, advising on implications for the workforce, involving staff in change processes, formal requirements for consultation and supporting staff through the change process
Designing and delivering HR training sessions as required to improve leadership awareness and capability on a range of issues and to support the roll-out of HR initiatives
Leading on all payroll within the organisations

Advising managers on a wide range of employment and people management issues
Supporting managers on the full range of complex employee relations cases, using employment and case law to advise and bring cases to a speedy resolution
Running Apprenticeship schemes
Strong analytical, strategic thinking and project management /planning skills
Experience managing the payroll team
