Job Title: Chief Human Resources Officer

At The ONE Group Ltd, we are seeking an experienced Senior Director Human Resources to lead our UK HR team and contribute to the overall strategy of our growing commercial organisation. This is a unique opportunity for a senior leader to join our management structure and provide leadership input to guide business development.

About the Role:
  • Contribute as a senior member to the UK management structure, providing leadership and guidance on strategy development.
  • Lead the HR Department including talent acquisition, learning and development, employee engagement, employee relations, compensation and benefits, talent management, HRIS and financial planning.
  • Contribute to long-term goals around business and people development.
  • Champion a performance culture and lead by example.
  • Update and review HR policies, procedures, and guidelines to ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Lead the analysis and interpretation of key data to inform business decisions.
  • Control the HR budget and lead on special projects to drive business growth.
  • Champion change initiatives and lead cultural transformations within the organisation.

About You:
  • You must have Grad MCIPD Qualification and a minimum of 15 years' experience in a relevant role within a fast-paced organisation.
  • Held previous positions of seniority and able to establish credibility with stakeholders.
  • Proven experience in motivating, developing, managing, and empowering team members to achieve their full potential.
  • Solid Employment Law knowledge and commercially savvy approach to HR practices.
  • Excellent operational and strategic skills to drive business success.
