Our client is a Professional Services Company, based in Peterborough, who are looking for someone to join their Sales Team as a Telesales Representative/Appointment Setter. You will be responsible for generating leads, engaging potential clients, and scheduling appointments for the sales team.

Position : Telesales Representative
Full-Time , Office-based position .
Salary : up-to £29,000 per Annum (DOE) + Bonus up-to £5000 per annum
Reporting Structure : The Telesales Representative will report directly to the UK Sales Manager & Company Directors.
Key Tasks and Responsibilities :
Conduct outbound calls to potential clients to introduce our clients services.
Identify and qualify leads through effective questioning and active listening.
Schedule appointments for the sales team to meet with potential clients.
Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and appointments in the CRM system.
Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a seamless transition from appointment to sale.
Follow up with leads and appointments as necessary to nurture relationships.
Achieve monthly targets for leads generated and appointments scheduled.
Essential Requirements:
Previous experience in telesales or appointment setting.
Thorough knowledge of sales processes relating to services industries.
Previous experience in marketing and sales processes.
Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset.
Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Strong written & verbal communication skills.
Competency in the use of Microsoft Office packages and other CRM software.
Ability to work independently & as part of a team.
