We have a fantastic opportunity to join the Supply Chain central Ordering team at Greggs.

12 month temporary contract
~ This is a full-time role, however flexibility in this will be considered

~ The base location for this role is Greggs House, Newcastle upon Tyne, with flexibility for frequent travel to Kettering and potentially other Supply sites.
Play a vital role in the design & testing of SAP S/4HANA and SAP Integrated Business Planning (IBP)
Develop and execute test scripts for SAP S/4HANA, SAP ECC modules & SAP IBP
Identify, document, and track defects using Azure Dev Ops test management solution
Collaborate with SAP functional consultants, developers, and business stakeholders to understand requirements and ensure test coverage captures Supply Chain Planning
Support with the integration of the new planning systems and interim process' within the department, ensuring availability is maintained throughout the transition
Support change management initiatives by promoting user adoption and confidence in SAP IBP
Ensure supporting documentation is produced and made accessible for the team to support with implementation
Have a strong understanding of SAP Planning modules
Good understanding of Supply Chain Planning processes
Have advanced Excel skills to support with analysis and the ability to work with large data sets
Have advanced IT skills including Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Teams
A good communicator, able to operate at all levels clearly and concisely with the proven ability to communicate complex data terminology so it is understood by the data owner and the business
Willingness to travel
