We are looking for an Executive Assistant to perform a variety of administrative tasks and support our company’s CEO and the senior-level managers and to be with us in the long run, helping grow Servr from a start-up to the world’s leading Hospitality software company. The ideal candidate will be a motivated professional who will be responsible for supporting our CEO and assisting other teams to propel the company’s growth.

What You’ll Do

  • Outreach awards, grants, other funding providers leveraging platforms like Linkedin and book meetings for the CEO
  • Manage the LinkedIn account responsible for the CEO
  • Work in collaboration with other teams and provide administrative support to the sales team with administrative tasks like booking meetings.
  • Organize, participate and engage actively in the product demos and ask pre-determined questions and make discussion notes.
  • Copywriting, editing, and proofreading.
  • Coordinate and book appointments from LinkedIn inbound (B2B)
  • Act as the first point of contact, deal with correspondence and phone calls
  • Manage information flow in a timely and accurate manner
  • Manage Manager’s/Executives’ calendars and set up meetings
  • Be responsible for booking and arranging travel, transport, and accommodations.
  • Participate actively in organizing events and conferences when required.
  • Be proactive to remind the manager/executive of important tasks and deadlines
  • Typing, compiling, and preparing reports, presentations, and correspondence
  • Manage databases and filing systems as advised by the Executive.
  • Implement and maintain procedures/administrative systems
  • Collate and file expenses on a regular basis.
  • Miscellaneous tasks/activities to support the Manager/Executive
  • A minimum of 4 years of work experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant or similar role
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
  • Confident and comfortable working with the senior leadership team and people across the different functions of the business.
  • Strong in time management, organization, relationship-building, interpersonal skills
  • Highly desirable to have ethics, integrity, adaptability, attention to detail, agile and professional attitude.
  • Collaborative, problem solver, a resilient personality who can work with confidentiality and sensitivity in a business environment.
  • Experience in MS office, google suite and is tech savvy
