As a Pastry Chef de Partie at Pollen Street Social, you will be a cornerstone of our pastry team, dedicated to creating exceptional sweet delights that enchant our guests. Your role is pivotal in maintaining the high culinary standards and prestigious reputation that Pollen Street Social has earned, including its esteemed Michelin star and recognition as one of the UK's culinary treasures.

As a CDP Chef at Pollen Street Social, you will not only play a vital role in our flagship location in Mayfair but also have the exciting opportunity for a summer transfer to a new site in central London. Key Duties Showcase your expertise in pastry preparation, from delicate pastries to intricate desserts, ensuring each creation meets our exacting standards of taste and presentation. Foster teamwork and synergy among pastry colleagues, contributing to a harmonious and creative work environment where ideas flourish. Assist in sourcing, preparing, and handling premium-quality ingredients, ensuring their freshness and integrity in every pastry masterpiece. Uphold rigorous standards of quality and consistency in your pastry creations, participating in tastings and inspections to maintain our culinary excellence. Adhere strictly to health and safety protocols, maintaining impeccable cleanliness and hygiene standards in the pastry kitchen. Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Pastry CDP or CDP or Demi CDP. Formal culinary education or relevant certifications are advantageous. Passion for the artistry of pastry-making and a drive to excel in the pastry field. Attention to detail and a commitment to mastering pastry techniques and skills. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced kitchen environment, with a creative flair and a meticulous approach to pastry craftsmanship. Benefits
