Infor Nexus System Manager | Full time| Hybrid | Able to travel to Gerrards Cross or Leeds
Based at any EV Cargo offices around the UK you will work within a growing team and be responsible for acting as an interface between EV Cargo’s customers and internal teams, identifying customer processes and relevant configuration for internal technical teams to deliver and understanding customer requests for product enhancements and feeding into the product enhancement request process for product suitability review.

Integration Development, d esign, develop, and implement integrations within the Infor Nexus platform to facilitate data exchange between various systems. Work closely with customers to gather necessary data, set up accounts, and configure the system to meet their specific requirements.
Support and Maintenance, provide ongoing support to customers by addressing inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring the platform's optimal performance. Requirements Analysis, c ollaborate with customers and internal stakeholders to gather and analyse integration requirements, translating them into actionable plans.
Documentation, m aintain comprehensive documentation of integration processes, configurations, and best practices for reference and training purposes.
Training and Knowledge Sharing, c onduct training sessions for internal teams and customers to promote understanding and effective use of the Infor Nexus platform. Share expertise with colleagues and assist in building a knowledgeable team.
You will be educated to d egree level in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
You will have proven experience in integration development and working with integration platforms, a strong knowledge of Infor Nexus or similar supply chain management software. You will be d etail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
