We are looking for a candidate who has experience in face to face sales, ideally from the furniture, high value retail, luxury travel or the kitchen & Bathroom design sector.

Crane are an established family business with over 50 years’ experience designing and manufacturing luxury summerhouses and garden rooms. With the proposal of new showrooms opening across the UK, they are on the lookout for ambitious, creative, and collaborative people to join their sales team.

The role of a Sales Design Consultant:

As a confident and outgoing person, you will use your consultative sales approach and service skills to guide customers through the design and purchase process. Using the full training that you will be given; you'll have the opportunity to showcase your creative skills by creating custom layouts and visualizations that bring the clients' vision of thier ultimate Garden room to life.

Previous sales experience is highly desirable; Sales & Service driven, with a creative and inspiring personality

* Able to discover and help overcome objections and close sales

* Experience using a CRM system would be an advantage but not essential as full training will be given

Salary £29,500 increasing with service

* Generous quarterly bonus scheme up to £8,000 per year

* Additional performance bonus for hitting the annual target

* Commission payment on every building sold

* 28 days holiday increasing with length of service

* Health shield payment scheme

As this role involves working directly with the public and potentially conducting visits to customer properties being a driver and having your own transport is essential, and a DBS check will be carried out prior to appointment.
