Sales Executive

Randstad is a leading global talent business, and we are currently recruiting for a Sales Executive to join our Inside Sales Team. In this role you will support the front end of business development for new clients, creating meaningful outreach and engagement strategies in order tofoster new business relationships and book meetings for your business development director. This role is an opportunity to work with and learn from the best in our industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, execute, and report on a comprehensive sales strategy, including defined market segmentation, to secure new business opportunities across the UK & Ireland.
  • Create and implement a strategic plan to expand our customer base through arranging consultative sales meetings with existing and new clients.
  • Build and nurture relationships with key clients and stakeholders, aligning them with the Randstad UK Leadership Team and Senior Management Team.
  • Ensure data integrity in our CRM (Salesforce) and leverage internal and external data for strategic decision-making.
  • Research, monitor, and report on market/competitor activity within the MSP/RPO arena.
  • Maintain businessintelligence, networking internally to increase company-wide awareness and knowledge

Experience:

  • Proven experience in managing a consultative sales and engagement process.
  • Preferably knowledge of MSP/RPO total talent solutions for mid-market clients and familiarity with technology solutions, including VMS and ATS platforms.
  • Confidence in conducting outreach activities with prospect clients, aligning their challenges with the right products and services.
