De System Administrator bij Severfield Steel Construction in Rijssen is een enthousiaste en proactieve System Administrator die het IT-team gaat ondersteunen en professionaliseren. Als System Administrator ben je medeverantwoordelijk voor het beheer en onderhoud van de Microsoft Enterprise-infrastructuur. Je werkt nauw samen met jouw collega’s om ervoor te zorgen dat alle systemen soepel draaien en voldoen aan de behoeften van de groeiende organisatie.

Je hebt een belangrijke positie in het waarborgen van de betrouwbaarheid, veiligheid en optimale prestaties van de systemen binnen Severfield. Alle softwarepakketten worden centraal uitgerold en je bent daarin verantwoordelijk voor ongeveer 200 gebruikers verdeeld over meerdere locaties. Je bent een technisch expert op het gebied van systeembeheer en speelt een actieve rol om de IT-infrastructuur van Severfield naar een hoger niveau te tillen.

Verantwoordelijkheden
  • Gezamenlijk beheren en onderhouden van de IT-infrastructuur
  • Oplossen van technische problemen en het bieden van (telefonische) ondersteuning aan collega’s bij IT-gerelateerde vraagstukken
  • Ondersteunen en monitoren van beveiligingsmaatregelen om de integriteit en vertrouwelijkheid van gegevens te waarborgen
  • Beheren van gebruikersaccounts, toegangsrechten en het opzetten van back-up- en herstelprocedures
  • Samenwerken met de IT-afdeling van Severfield in Engeland en IT-partners om problemen op te lossen en projecten succesvol uit te voeren
  • Diploma in een relevant vakgebied richting IT (minimaal mbo 3 niveau)
  • Werkervaring in een vergelijkbare rol als systeembeheerder of systeem administrator
  • Affiniteit met Windows- en Linux-besturingssystemen
  • Sterke probleemoplossende en analytische vaardigheden
  • Bekend met netwerkprotocollen, firewalls en beveiligingsmaatregelen
  • Uitstekende communicatieve vaardigheden en in staat om effectief samen te werken in een team
  • In staat om zelfstandig te werken en verantwoordelijkheid te nemen voor projecten
  • Goede beheersing van de Engelse taal

Bedrijfsomschrijving

Severfield Steel Construction Netherlands zet zich in voor het realiseren van hoogwaardige staalconstructies voor de Europese markt. Daarbij ligt de specifieke focus op de utiliteits-, industrie- en energiemarkt. Zij vervult een actieve rol voor de grotere bouwbedrijven in Nederland. In het verlengde daarvan realiseert Design & Build bedrijfsruimtes en ontzorgt zij het hele bouwtraject voor de klant; van omgevingsvergunning tot en met het sleutel klaar opleveren.

Severfield Steel Construction Netherlands is onderdeel van Severfield plc., een beursgenoteerde onderneming met het hoofdkantoor in Dalton, North Yorkshire (UK). De onderneming heeft zes productielocaties in het Verenigd Koninkrijk en in Nederland vestigingen in Rijssen, Maassluis en Zevenbergen. Severfield heeft als doel om de huidige bedrijfsvoering nog verder te verbeteren en groei richting de Europese markt te realiseren.

Siebert & Wassink is door Severfield Steel Construction gevraagd om de werving- en selectieprocedure voor de System Administrator te verzorgen.

Reageren op deze functie kan uiterlijk tot en met 14 mei 2024. De eerste gesprekken worden gevoerd bij Siebert & Wassink in week 21 en de vervolggesprekken zullen plaatsvinden bij Severfield Steel Construction in week 22 en week 23.

Wij streven ernaar om de procedure in juni 2024 af te ronden.
