Summary Due to our continued growth, YASA is looking for a Maintenance Technician. You will be providing mechanical and electrical support on a hi-tech, automated assembly line. Repairing faults as the first port of call for machine breakdowns.
Planning and executing pro-active preventative maintenance programs to minimise downtime.
Working from mechanical, schematics drawings to assist with fault-finding.
Monitoring machine performance.

To be qualified to 17th Edition level or equivalent, with a good knowledge of fault finding and repair in electrical and mechanical
Previous experience working as a Maintenance Engineer or Maintenance Technician
Proven experience with PLCs, pneumatic and hydraulic systems as well as robotics
To be organised and self-motivated with a safety awareness of electrical, compressed air and pressurised systems

Previous experience in an automotive environment
Experience of working within IATF16949 quality system environment
