Our client is an employee owned multi-disciplinary practice in Sevenoaks, who is currently seeking candidates for an Architect job opportunity. This role offers a unique chance to join a multidisciplinary team, working on a variety of projects spanning residential, healthcare, education, commercial, leisure, and more.
Based across two offices with over twenty members of staff, this employee-owned multidisciplinary practice offers a range of services including Architectural, building surveying and project management.
Current projects include large- and small-scale residential development and healthcare projects. Due to continued success they are now seeking an Architect to join the team.
Role & Responsibilities
- Work on projects across all RIBA stages
- Developing drawing packages
- Ensure compliance with building regulations, NHBC guidelines, and other relevant laws
- Assess risks and create Health and Safety Plans according to regulations
- Inspect construction sites to ensure compliance with drawings and issue instructions as needed
- Organize drawings properly and back up computer files monthly
- Working directly with clients.
Required Skills & Experience
- Possess a minimum of 3 years in practice experience
- ARB registered
- Skilled in the use of AutoCAD
- Current knowledge of UK regulations
- Experience in UK based residential, commercial, or healthcare projects.
What you get back
- Salary of up to £45,000 depending on experience
- Part time working would be considered
- International team trips
- Flexible working round core hours 10.00- 4.00pm
- Onsite Parking is available.
