We have an opportunity for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our wider HR team.
This is a Full time role for 37.5 hours a week, Monday to Friday. Occasional national travel to our sites and team meetings is required.
Strong Microsoft Office skills
Strong relationship building skills
Experience of using an Applicant Tracking System
Experienced in a variety of sourcing initiatives such as Boolean job board searches, Social Media and online
Ability to resource for talented candidates and provide high quality candidate shortlists to hiring managers
Experienced in direct sourcing and online candidate attraction/ engagement
Tofocus on direct talent acquisition activity and facilitating talent pipelines for difficult to source specialism. Towork closely with the Glasgow based team to ensure the recruitment process runs efficiently and best practice is shared across the team at all stages of the process. Tosupport on occasion all aspects of the recruitment lifecycle which may involve but not be limited to writing and placing advertisements across a variety of channels, reviewing shortlists and presenting relevant, screened candidates to hiring managers, designing and developing selection and assessment material, interviewing and selecting candidates alongside hiring manager, feeding back to successful and unsuccessful candidates and ensuring candidates who were a close match be held in a searchable talent pool as required.
