As we expand our presence in the German market, we are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Regional manager to be a part of our team.
As a Regional Manager for all products wires in the German market, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities while nurturing existing customer relationships. Market Research: Conduct in-depth research on the German automotive, Medical, Industrial markets including market trends, competitors, and potential clients.
Identify and prospect potential customers in the automotive sector, including OEMs, suppliers, and distributors.
Customer Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to understand their needs, provide exceptional service, and secure repeat business.
Possess a deep understanding of our cables and assemblies, including technical specifications, applications, and benefits, to effectively communicate value propositions to customers.
Sales Targets: Set and achieve sales targets and KPIs, consistently exceeding sales quotas.
Sales Presentations: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, including sales calls, customer interactions, and sales forecasts.
The successful candidate will live in UK (local to L40) or Germany and be fluent in German and English, both written and spoken.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field (preferred).
Proven track record of success in sales, with at least 3 years of experience in selling industrial products to the automotive sector.
Strong understanding of wires and cables, automotive industry dynamics, and market trends.
Willingness to travel extensively within Germany.
