Senior Business and Finance Analyst - 12 Month Fixed Term Contract
Purpose
The Senior Business Analyst role is tasked with spearheading the company's digital transformation efforts by leveraging innovative solutions and driving impactful change shaping the future of the organisation through strategic analysis and collaboration.
Job Summary

Key Responsibilities:
Autonomous Leadership: Take ownership of key projects and initiatives, exercising a high degree of autonomy in driving solutions forward.
Strategic Input: Provide strategic insights and recommendations to senior leadership based on thorough analysis and understanding of business needs.
Digital Transformation: Lead efforts to leverage technology and data-driven solutions to optimise business processes and enhance operational efficiency.
Innovative Solutions: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement innovative solutions that address complex business challenges.

Stakeholder Engagement: Build strong relationships with stakeholders across the organisation, gaining their trust and buy-in for proposed solutions.

Project Management: Lead project planning, execution and monitoring activities, ensuring successful delivery within scope, schedule and budget.
Change Management:
Develop and implement change management strategies to facilitate smooth transitions and ensure successful adoption of new processes and technologies.
Qualifications and Experience:
• Proven track record as a Business Analyst, with significant experience driving business transformation initiatives.
• Demonstrated ability to work autonomously and lead initiatives from concept to completion.
• Passion for driving solutions forward and making a tangible impact on the organisation's success.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and propose innovative solutions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Experience with project management methodologies and tools.
• Any experience with vehicle related or financial / accounting related projects is a plus.
• Certification in Business Analysis (e.g., CBAP, PMI-PBA) is a plus.
