Job Purpose
As a Senior IT Support Engineer, your primary responsibility is to oversee and enhance the Infrastructure Operation & Support while providing expert guidance to the IT support team. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth functioning of key IT systems and services across the organization. Your focus will primarily be on infrastructure & delivery of IT projects, but you will also be expected to assist with desktop and mobile support as needed. 


Job Description 
•Microsoft 365/Azure Services Advanced Support and Administration
•Installation, Migration, and Management of Windows Server and Desktop Operating Systems. (Server 2012R2 - 2022, Win 11, Active Directory and Group Policy).
•Cloud Infrastructure Management
•Security and Compliance Frameworks
•Automation and Scripting (PowerShell, Bash, Python etc)
•Deployment and Administration of Software and Systems 
•End-User Troubleshooting, Application Support
•Assist with the delivery of IT projects.

Knowledge and Experience Required  
Essential
•Experience in a similar Senior IT support role.
•Strong understanding of server and desktop operating systems (e.g., Windows Server, Windows 11), networking protocols, and TCP/IP fundamentals, with the ability to configure and troubleshoot network infrastructure components.
•Familiarity with automation tools and scripting languages (e.g., PowerShell, Bash, Python) for infrastructure provisioning, configuration management, and task automation in both on-premises and cloud environments.
•Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues efficiently, prioritize tasks effectively, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive solutions to completion.
•In-depth knowledge of cloud computing concepts, architectures, and services, including Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS), Platform as a Service (PaaS), and Software as a Service (SaaS), along with proficiency in cloud migration strategies and best practices.
