The role will focus on Landing Zone (LZ) build-out, Identity and Access Management (IAM), network controls, and related infrastructure components, with some involvement in data protection and access controls. This position requires a strong understanding of regulatory frameworks and governance principles, ensuring compliance and robust control implementation across the environment. Role & Responsibilities: Define and document applicable governance and security controls for GCP infrastructure. Oversee and assure implementation of preventative and detective solutions across IAM, network, and data protection layers. Develop frameworks and guardrails for infrastructure deployment and configuration. Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment with regulatory requirements and enterprise standards. Provide guidance on best practices for secure and compliant cloud operations. Minimal hands-on work with the platform; focus will be on governance, assurance, and control design.
