As a HR Administrator, you will have the following responsibilities,
Responsible for maintaining Timesheet Portal and the data contained as the single source of truth for the MEH Alliance Joint Venture team
Provide weekly report to Head of HR from Timesheet Portal on hours worked and maintain a running 17-week reference period average.
Provide a weekly dashboard of HR metrics on recruitment, starters, leavers, competencies, attendance etc.
Arrange and support meetings on request on behalf of the HR team.
Support the HSE team with Health Surveillance data.
Liaise with partner companies regarding probation periods.
Relevant ad hoc support g., Support physical and remote recruitment events.
Dealing with general HR queries from the MEH Alliance team
Additional appropriate ad hoc duties as agreed with line manage.
Experience of working in an HR team would be desirable.
