St Paul’s Surgery is an NHS GP Practice situated in the fabulous City of Winchester. We care for 24,400 registered patients, although patient numbers are expected to increase substantially over the next 5 years due to planned housing development, hence the reason for this vacancy.

- A teaching practice for Medical/ Nursing Students

The offer and what we are looking for…
- 6 or 8 session Salaried GP (applicants choice)
- Flexible start/ finish times to suit the persons needs
- Named GP List holding, set number of appointments per day
- Competitive rate of pay/ package
- Would consider supporting any specialist role interests if relevant for Practice needs
The Role
To work as an autonomous Practitioner, working as part of the practice multidisciplinary team, delivering care within your scope of practice to our patient population. The GP would have a set number of agreed appointments per day which may comprise same day urgent or routine, telephone, video and/or face to face consultations.
We would expect the candidate to adopt our practice ethos of Patient centred care, Make Every Contact Count (MECC), Focus on Prevention and Patient education to support self-help and health engagement.
