A CQC rated GOOD surgery In Basingstoke, Hampshire are looking for a Salaried GP to join their incredibly organised and efficient team with a very good salary of up to £11,000/session + several benefits.
Our pro-active client has a brilliant team and a very flexible working schedule – with an undoubtably solid working practices with excellent links to the CCG. They meet every day for a coffee and weekly to discuss everything in the surgery. They have developed new and innovative ways of working and with new NHS ways of working they are in a good position going forward. A purpose-built surgery who not only have a brilliant set up (detailed below) are very much about ensuring all staff are happy and looked after, which is clear by their unique offering and incredible salary of up to £11,000 / session + progression into a partnership. They also have a multi-disciplinary team so any specialist interests would be welcomed.
Being based in Basingstoke, they are looking for a salaried GP to join their practice and be an essential part of the team and growth plans. They are a very tight knit team, and their GPs are an integral part of the team and will be very well looked after both on a personal and business level, even supplied with regular cups of tea They have paramedics who do the home visits and an admin support team who do most of the admin work meaning the GPs work is streamlined. With this, there would be potential to expand into a partnership position or enter a partnership immediately. If you wanted to join the surgery on a short term locum basis before committing on a salaried / partnership basis there may be an option to do so.

BMA Model Contract
They are very flexible on start and finish times and you can work anything from 4-10 sessions per week minute appointments both AM / PM admin and possible home visits ( all within the current NHS guidelines ) using Emis Web. They are adapting to new ways of working with Triage and eConsults. They regularly review their working practices to ensure they are as efficient as possible. Having met the client personally, I can't recommend them highly enough and this is a real opportunity to earn handsomely in a great environment and lovely surgery in Basingstoke, Hampshire.
