Hamilton Court FX is a boutique founded in 2011 in London and is now positioned among the fastest-growing companies in the sector. It has been ranked in The Sunday Times Virgin Atlantic Fast Track 100 as one of Britain’s private companies with the fastest-growing sales.
In 2020, motivated by a strong local growth in the United Kingdom, it took the decision to open a new office in Milan, comprising two regulated entities: a “Società d’Intermediazione Mobiliare” (SIM) and an “Istituto di Pagamento” (IdP), becoming the first licensed SIM to offer investment services related to the Foreign Exchange Market in Italy, where it’s now working to expand exponentially its presence. HCFX in Italy provides services for companies, as well as financial institutions, in need of managing their FX exposure. It allows small and medium-sized businesses to trade globally by eliminating boundaries related to traditional procedures.
Think of it as a working relationship where the Service Provider does the heavy lifting, while clients guide them along their way. HCFX builds its business around its people: diverse Teams of exceptional individuals who understand the challenges its customers face.
We are looking for sales professionals that are passionate about going after the new business, are eager to continue learning and growing professionally within FX sales, that have proactive can-do attitude & healthy dose of competitiveness to overcome daily challenges. You will spend your time both on the telephone talking to prospective clients as well as conducting face to face meetings, building long lasting relationships and close deals with prospective clients. You will also be attending national exhibitions to network with businesses to advise them on FX related products.
This role is for individuals at the start of their sales career to join our fast-growing sales team. We willtrain you in every aspect of FX and you will be inspired, challenged and motivated to succeed -earning good money, through the ranks from BDM to Treasury Consultants, then to Senior Treasury.
As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for:
Researching prospective clients to understand their business and potential requirements
Developing a sales pipeline
Closing new business with an aim to develop long lasting relationships
Meeting weekly and monthly targets on call performance, quality and sales
Attending morning training sessions and twice daily team/market briefings
We want to set you up for success and we believe these experiences and skills will help you thrive in this role:
~+1 year of relevant sales experience
~ Strong communication skills and confidence on the phone and in person
~ Experience closing the deals and building long lasting relationships
~ Fluent in Italian language.
