U1, IA Due to promotion off-island, our tumuaki is leaving and Kaingaroa School community on the Chatham Islands are seeking an interim Principal to lead the school and community.
This is an interim principal role, from the start of term 3, 2024 to the end of term 4, 2024. The ideal candidate will be a relational, grounded, and experienced educator and leader who can confidently support our school community and current roll of one to plan for our future while delivering teaching and learning through our rich place-based curriculum.
You will be a number-8 wire kind of person, a natural with networking, and someone who will proactively develop and nurture inter-school relationships with your island colleagues and whānau. effectively leading community consultation and school-wide planning.
