This is a growingteam of Occupational Therapists, Physiotherapists and Therapy Assistants.Our Urgent Therapy Service provide reactive care to enable people to stay in their own home during period of crisis. The therapists work closely with our urgent care multi disciplinary services including, Rapid Response, Home treatment Service and Hospital at Home. You must be a HCPC registered Occupational Therapist and have a car and full driving license as will be required to travel around the locality independently.

Registered health care professional (HCPC registration) / Health related degree
Experience of leading projects / experience with use of IT programmes relevant to role.
Understanding of National Service Frameworks and NICE guidance to relevant to care setting and its application across health care services / Evidence of continued relevant professional development and implementation in practice within the last 12 months
Ability to motivate and organise others to ensure best practice / Ability to manage and lead change / Flexible and adaptable
