H9 are proud to be partnering with a leading national organisation to hire a Head of EDI & Wellbeing to lead their team. As the Head of Equity, Diversity, Inclusion (EDI) and Wellbeing, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the organisation's culture. Your expertise will be instrumental in ensuring that EDI and wellbeing are at the heart of everything they do.


Develop and implement comprehensive EDI and wellbeing strategies aligned with our organizational goals.
Lead and manage a team of EDI and wellbeing professionals.
Collaborate with senior leadership to foster a culture of inclusion and wellbeing.
Develop and deliver educational programs to promote awareness and understanding of EDI and wellbeing issues.
Monitor and evaluate EDI and wellbeing metrics to measure progress and identify areas for improvement.
Advise on policies and procedures related to EDI and wellbeing.


Proven experience in leading EDI and wellbeing initiatives in a complex organization.
Strong understanding of EDI and wellbeing principles and practices.
Competitive salary up to £90,000pa DOE and benefits package
