Job Title: Individual Giving Officer Location: Flexible hybrid working arrangement. Surrey based Hours: 35 hours per week Salary: £37,000 Per Annum Are you passionate about making a difference in the world? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Individual Giving Officer to join our team. As the Individual Giving Officer, you will play a crucial role in building and nurturing relationships with individuals who are willing to donate their resources, time, and influence to support our group's mission. Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement fundraising strategies to effectively engage individuals and secure donations.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing donors, as well as identify and cultivate new potential donors.
  • Collaborate with the various teams to create compelling campaigns and strategies tailored to a clear goal.
  • Plan and execute fundraising events and initiatives to raise funds and awareness for our cause.
  • Provide excellent stewardship to donors, ensuring they feel valued and appreciated for their support.
  • Utilize data and analytics to track fundraising progress and identify areas for improvement.
  • Prepare reports on the donation performance of individuals and present findings to management and Stakeholders.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in fundraising or a related field, with a track record of successfully securing donations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and inspire others.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a proactive and results-driven approach.
  • Knowledge of fundraising best practices and techniques.
  • Understanding and experience of fundraising databases/CRMs.
  • Passion for our cause and a commitment to making a positive impact in the community.
