Director, Program Manager

Reporting directly to the Head of Project Management, you will lead a team of Project Managers to effectively manage project budgets, mitigate risks, and enhance delivery processes, fostering innovation and continuous improvement across the agency.
You will be involved throughout the project lifecycle from discovery to design and development across a range of projects from technical innovation, brand strategy to large scale application builds. The career development of the PM team will be a key focus for you, holding 6 month appraisals and providing regular opportunities for knowledge sharing, as well as more formal training. You'll also be responsible for hiring freelance and permanent staff into your team.
A highly motivated Programme Director, who has managed large teams and programmes of work, you'll be passionate about digital and customer experience. You'll have a sound technical understanding and be well versed in agile and waterfall methodologies.
Ability to manage projects with £1m+ budgets
Strong commercial acumen and experience delivering to revenue targets
Fantastic client relationship and stakeholder management skills
Prince 2, Scrum master qualified (ideal but not essential)
8+ years agency experience delivering brand, experience strategy, web builds, content management systems, applications builds
Experience working with remote teams and third parties
Experience with Project Management tools (e.g. Microsoft Project, Confluence, Trello, JIRA)
