Responsibilities:

  1. Take ownership of multiple concurrent professional services programs and large projects, providing strategic direction and oversight from initiation to completion.
  2. Ensure alignment of program objectives with overall business goals and client expectations, and proactively own and resolve risks and issues.
  3. Cultivate strong relationships with clients, acting as the primary point of contact for program-related discussions and escalations.
  4. Collaborate with clients to understand their unique needs and objectives, ensuring our services exceed expectations.
  5. Monitor and report on project progress, addressing any issues or risks proactively to maintain project timelines and budget.
  6. Implement and enforce quality assurance processes to guarantee the highest standards of service delivery.
  7. Provide accurate and timely financial reporting to internal stakeholders and clients.

Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of experience in project and program management within the professional services industry.
  • Proven track record of successfully delivering complex programs on time and within budget.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies.
  • Must have excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Experience in pricing is an advantage, as is Salesforce delivery experience, including integrations.
