Job Description Our Client seeks a Part Time Client Support and Finance Administrator to join the business on a permanent basis. The Part Time Client Support & Finance Administrator will provide support to the team for individual / private client /corporate tax compliance services. Liaising with tax authorities, overseas partner firms and clients on a daily basis.

Duties of the Part Time Client Support and Finance Administrator include:
Providing excellent telephone customer service
Onboarding of clients on to our systems including carrying out AML checks
To maintainclient’s data including addresses on Glide, CCH, databases and portals
Maintaining and reviewing clientsonline accounts with HMRC
Packaging and uploading of tax returnsand any other documents to client portals
US Tax Administration
Printing returnsand preparing letters/packaging
Finance Administration
Administration of Xero
Depositing client payments into bank
To assist with any other finance,administrative and/or client work as and when required.
