You will play a crucial role in welcoming new students and their families to the school, ensuring a seamless and supportive transition into the school community.

Reporting to the Marketing and Communication Manager and working closely with the Assistant Headteacher (Pastoral), Head of Sixth Form and the wider Senior Leadership Team, the successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of school admissions in line with both school and local authority policies, ensuring a smooth and efficient process for incoming students across all year groups. You will also share the ambitions for students and be motivated to help students and their families have the best experience of transitioning to the school.

Acting as the outward facing, friendly figurehead and internal expert for all school admissions
Overseeing all admissions in line with school and local authority (LA) policy
Assisting with the planning and coordination of Year 6 into Year 7 transition
Assisting with the planning and coordination of Year 11 into Year 12 recruitment and induction with the Head of Sixth Form and Marketing Communications Manager
Experience of delivering excellent customer service within an office environment
Competency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, SharePoint)
Experience of managing data
Monday-Thursday, 08:00-16:00 and Fridays, 08:00-15:30.
