As a Head of Aftersales, you will be an integral member of the Management and Aftersales Team. Leading your department in a clear, considered and appropriate manner, in line with the Vision, and building an accountable and progressive business unit.
Demonstrating your department's consistent adherence to the Vindis Group's Aftersales Experience; Having a clear, understood and robust approach to personal development and performance measurement across your department, ensuring that all employees within your department have received the coaching and training needed to be able to conduct their roles effectively, and to develop into specialists within their chosen areas.
Previous relevant experience required
Full UK driving licence required
