Het HR support team, binnen Kramp HR Connect genoemd , is hét kenniscentrum voor HR-gerelateerde vragen. Wij verbeteren onze HR dienstverlening door onze processen te standaardiseren, digitaliseren en makkelijk toegankelijk te maken voor al onze medewerkers. Binnen Kramp noemen we dit het “HR Connect Service Delivery Model”. Wij zoeken in het HR Connect team iemand die de basis activiteiten op orde houdt zodat het hele team ook tijd heeft voor de verbeterprojecten.
Ons HR Benelux team bestaat uit 4 HR Connect collega’s en 2 collega’s op de salarisadministratie. Daarnaast werk je samen met 4 HR Business Partners, een Compensation & Benefits Specialist, de Adviseur duurzame inzetbaarheid en Verzuim en de HR Manager Benelux. Als HR team ondersteunen we 1.In Varsseveld is ons Europese hoofdkantoor gevestigd, waar je op één verdieping samenwerkt met onze internationale HR collega's die ons ondersteunen op het gebied van HR-systemen (o.m. Workday), Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development en Rewards. Je verzorgt de administratieve verwerking van de HR-processen op het gebied van instroom, doorstroom en uitstroom van medewerkers
Kortom, een afwisselende , ondersteunende rol in een team dat HR naar een hoger niveau wil brengen
Je beschikt over minimaal een (administratief) mbo-diploma en relevante administratieve werkervaring binnen HR. affiniteit met digitaliseren en werken met diverse systemen en programma’s zoals Excel
gezien de aard van de opdracht, kun je je snel aanpassen in een nieuwe omgeving
25 vakantiedagen en 12 ATV dagen (o.b.v. een fulltime dienstverband)
