Finance Change Specialist
Fixed Term Contract 18 months
Do you have a strong knowledge of Excel, Word and PowerPoint coupled with strong analysis and problem-solving skills wanting to help deliver change for UK&I GI(General Insurance) Finance as a direct result of the UK&I GI Road Map activity?
As we look to embark on a period of innovation and transformation in Finance here at Aviva, we are recruiting for a Finance change manager to join our GL close and Governance team.
This role is part of the UK&I GI Finance function that we have today. The team is focussed on delivering change for UK&I GI Finance as a direct result of the UK&I GI change portfolio.
You'll be accountable for delivering assigned business change impacting Finance, specifically General
Ledger, Finance Data Hub for UK GI Ireland and HealthCare. No key decision making required in the role but collaborative working, raising issues and concerns in timely manner and building strong stakeholder relations key.
Proven track record of delivering change in a dynamic environment including exposure to Agile methods beneficial.
Detailed knowledge of systems and data that can be transferred to finance environment.
Strong experience, either in a finance function or environment where business analysis skills are demonstrated including risk & control awareness.

Bonus opportunity of 10% of annual salary (actual amount depends on your performance and Aviva's)
