Job Description:
We are looking for a qualified Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to join a primary school in the Handsworth area. This role involves working closely with teachers to deliver lessons, provide targeted support to students, and manage classroom activities. You will play a key role in supporting children with special educational needs (SEN) and ensuring they achieve their learning goals.

Required Experience:
The ideal candidate will have:

* A recognised HLTA qualification

* Proven SEN experience in a primary school setting

* Experience working in the UK education system

* Strong communication and organisational skills, with the ability to adapt to the individual needs of students
