We are currently looking for a Vendor Assurance Manager to join the team for up to 12 months on a Maternity Cover contract.
With the recent implementation of our new source-to-pay system, you will be joining the team at an exciting time and will be part of our transformation journey, contributing to the future of affordable homes, services, and communities.
You will be responsible for supplier relationship management and will lead a small team, requiring you work autonomously while also collaborating effectively as part of a team.
Experience and confidence in analysis and supply chain risk management are essential for this role as you be required to report on our supply chain and assurance levels, using your team's data to inform the risk management of our approved suppliers and monitor the quality of goods, materials, and services we receive.
Experience of supplier relationship management and building internal control frameworks for supply chains
Experience of producing corporate reports, specifically financial and compliance
Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office suite with experience of data analysis, data cleansing & data optimisation activities
While this role is home based, you should have the ability to travel to Group offices and other locations as required. Up to 28 days annual leave (plus bank holidays) with the opportunity to buy and sell leave
