Job summary The position is a full time role that will be managing the Early Help provision across the Mental Health Support Teams (MHSTs) in the area as well as the Primary Mental Health Workforce (PMHW) who deliver group based interventions that form the first steps of care within our clinical pathway model.
The team manager will need to be a transformational leader with the ability to support staff to make decisions, analyse data, and oversee the performance of the team. There will be a strong focus within the role to build relationships with partner agencies and work collaboratively across community agencies to deliver an effective and efficient provision. We focus on supporting staff through supervision and training opportunities and have a track record for creating strong cohesive teams where we balance the seriousness of our role with good humour and connection. As a Trust we recognize the impact of the nature of our work and prioritise staff wellbeing, providing activities that promote the positive health and wellbeing of our staff such as arts projects and staff development. We are looking for a leader that shares our enthusiasm, passion and commitment to work alongside colleagues to deliver a good quality timely service to young people and families in Hampshire, in collaboration with a strong supportive leadership team. This leader will need to bring together in collaboration and partnership the teams that they oversee so they are aligned in their delivery and ethos and work with a wide range of partners both internally and externally to ensure that CAMHS Early Help operates effectively as part of the wider system.

Clinical/post graduate management qualification or equivalent level of experience and proven ability to perform at this level
