Wir sind auf der Suche nach einem Customer Care Manager (m/w/d), der unser bestehendes Team remote aus Deutschland unterstützt.

  • Fungiere als erste Anlaufstelle für unsere Kunden und verantworte alle Anfragen per Telefon, Chat und/ oder per E-Mail
  • Stelle als Gesicht unseres Unternehmens durch Deine serviceorientierte Herangehensweise eine hohe Kundenzufriedenheit sicher
  • Unterstütze unsere externen Kollegen bei der Lösung einfacher Support Anfragen 
  • Stehe in engem Kontakt mit unseren internen Abteilungen und beziehe diese gegebenenfalls in die Lösungsfindung der Kundenanfragen mit ein 
  • Behalte unsere Wachstums- und Weiterentwicklungspotenziale im Auge und bringe idealerweise selbstständig und proaktiv entsprechende Lösungs- und Optimierungsvorschläge mit ein
Was Du mitbringst
  • Zwei bis drei Jahre Berufserfahrung im Bereich Customer Support / Kundenservice oder einer vergleichbaren Position mit Kundenkontakt
  • Erste Erfahrungen in der Arbeit mit Ticketsystemen (idealerweise Freshworks) gesammelt
  • Kundenorientierung gepaart mit einer lösungsorientierten, empathischen und verständnisvollen Denk- und Arbeitsweise
  • Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeit sowohl im Kontakt mit unseren Kunden, also auch über alle Hierarchieebenen hinweg - intern sowie extern
  • Selbstständiges Arbeiten gepaart mit einer unternehmerischen, an dem Business ausgerichteten Denkweise
