Required for September 2024, a well-qualified, experienced, and engaging leader. You will be joining arguably the top state girls’ comprehensive school nationally, working as part of its established, supportive and highly successful Senior Leadership Team. You will be passionate about educating girls in girls’ schools, a team player with demonstrated capacity, positive mindset and high levels of energy. You will be an outstanding classroom practitioner and be able to demonstrate among other successful leadership experiences, as a leader of learning or impactful leadership of progress through rigorous data interrogation.

QEGS is a high achieving, oversubscribed 11-18 comprehensive converter academy. The school is The North London hub for the National SCITT for training Maths and Physics teachers. As a training hub, we offer excellent CPD opportunities for our own staff, in-house, through external partnership and national programmes.

The school is a member of ICGS (International Coalition of Girls’ Schools), an organisation united in educating and empowering students to be ethical, globally minded change-makers.
