Day-to-Day Responsibilities as an Electronics Lead:

Qualifications

Experience and Skills as an Electronics Lead:

  • Extensive experience in RF and Baseband-based projects from concept to delivery.
  • Strong understanding of RF and Baseband systems and architectures.
  • Proven ability to make pragmatic decisions and lead RF and Baseband teams.
  • Exceptional team leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • High technical knowledge across RF and Baseband technologies.
  • Track record of innovation in RF and Baseband process and technical solutions.
  • Experience in a commercially aware RF and Baseband environment is a plus.
